But what we haven't talked about are the subtle cost and time saving reasons there are for using the same notary for most, if not all of your documents.
There are a couple of reasons to use the same notary.
First and foremost...the fewer notaries you use, the less you'll need to keep track of. You won't need to worry as much about the notary's expiration date and you'll have less of a chance of having mistakes in the long run, because your notary will know the drill.
But more importantly, some states give you a price break on apostille charges if they are only checking up on one notary...as opposed to 20.
