And for an international adoption, you may want to embrace it too.
Just to be safe.
For each of the four international adoptions we have completed, I have done every dossier document in triplicate.
One for the country...
One for our agency...
And one for us.
And its come in handy.
Imagine being on the other side of the world and suddenly your facilitator discovers that one of your documents is missing...
Or coffee gets dumped on it...
Or there's a small blemish that makes it void.
Wouldn't it be nice to have an extra copy in your suitcase that you can just hand them...instead of freaking out and having to wait several days for another one to be mailed by your agency.

Or worse yet...having to request a new one completely.
The extra documents don't take any more time to order, or complete...and the extra costs are minimal.
The peace of mind is priceless.
